The Racquet Club Estates neighborhood – often named Racquet Club East, contains over 500 homes that were built primary in the mid-century modern design style.
This neighborhood was built around the The historic Racquet Club resort which was founded in 1934 by actors Charles Farrell and Ralph Bellamy. The resort has since been demolished. But the neighborhood still reflects the opulence and cache of the past.
